Terms of Service & Disclosures

Last Updated: April 2026

1. Nature of the Service

The Mempool Oracle ("The Service") provides raw, latency-optimized network topology data and mathematical derivations of unconfirmed Bitcoin network transactions (the "Data Feed").

The Service does not provide financial advice, trading signals, investment recommendations, or guarantees of future market performance. All data is provided "AS IS" for informational and algorithmic ingestion purposes only.

2. Absolute Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Mempool Oracle, its founders, engineers, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Data Feed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Financial losses incurred by proprietary trading algorithms executing trades based on our JSON payloads.
  • Data interruptions due to global AWS infrastructure outages.
  • Missed transactions or delayed Ghost Resolves due to Bitcoin network congestion, node RAM limitations, or internet routing failures.

3. Acceptable Use & API Integrity

Your API Key is a secure cryptographic token provisioned strictly for single-entity use. You agree to the following constraints:

  • [SYSTEM RULE 01] API keys may not be shared, resold, or publicly exposed.
  • [SYSTEM RULE 02] Concurrent connections from multiple geographical IPs using the same API key will trigger an automated, permanent hardware ban.
  • [SYSTEM RULE 03] Attempting to reverse-engineer the C-Engine triangulation mesh via packet injection will result in immediate termination of the subscription without refund.
